Current knowledge shows thai silicone implants do not react with organic tissue. After a short period of time, the patient will not even feel the presence of the implants, as if they were her own tissue, and will be able  to do sports, travel and move without limitations. Implants mimic the texture of the breast and after proper healing appear natural. Birth and breast feeding are possible later on. Modem breast implants have several layers of silicone with silicone gel inside (so called cohesive gel). The surface can be smooth or textured. As for shape and size, the range is quite extensive. Hence, there are low or high profiled "roll", teardrop and anatomical shaped breasts. These high quality and reliable implants meet the so called CE standard as proscribed by European standard regulations. Silicone implants can be worn for a long period of time, however, they can be removed at any lime, (see EQUAM ruling)
